Returns & Refunds

For a return, the item must be an incorrect item. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for damage on delivery from a service provider. However, we ask that you still contact us so we can help in other ways.

Exchanges

If the item you have received is not the right size, we ask that you pay for the return shipping. After inspecting the item we will send the alternate size (if available)  free of charge.
